Daddy Mac’s opened its doors on July 17, 2009 right in the heart of Green Valley. We could have chosen any part of town but Green Valley seemed like the ideal home for our flagship location. Founder (Doug MacDonald) had a unique vision for Daddy Mac’s and wanted it to be special – from the Sinatra and retro Las Vegas inspired décor to our warm and inviting colors; our desire is for every guest to feel right at home. The restaurant's ambiance is complimented perfectly by a fairly priced menu and our huge signature drinks. It is these attributes and much more that make Daddy Mac’s a unique dining and gaming experience.
Local businessman Richard Mapp, who was very impressed with what Daddy Mac's had to offer, has recently joined forces with Doug by becoming Managing Partner. Together Doug & Richard envision a bright future for their establishment as they look to carve out a place for Daddy Mac's in the heart of Las Vegas tradition.
Our concept is simple; to give you the absolute best value from the moment you walk in the door. We are confident that you will see that the first time you dine at Daddy Mac’s. At Daddy Mac's we take pride in training our service staff to be exceptionable on every level. Our chefs are passionate about every item that they prepare for our guests as they pour their heart and passion into each and every one of our Daddy Mac's signature dishes.
